- To carry out Welfare activities for retired employees of Forest department, Maharashtra State.
- To create Public awareness regarding environmental deterioration in general by bringing out Newsletters, Bulletins and Periodicals.
- To organise Workshops for NGOs, Municipal employees, Industrial entrepreneurs for educating them in Environmental amelioration, Raising of tree plantations and Urban forestry
- To carry out Evaluation of Tree plantations, raised by Forest departments and Industrial enterprises, with regards to their survival and growth statistics.
- To carry out Ecological audit of soil conservation measures, undertaken by Forest Departments and NGOs, with reference to their outcome in measurable quantities.
- To carry out Environmental Impact Assessment studies of development projects affecting natural forest areas.
- To prepare Bio-diversity enhancing projects in rural areas helping in enhancing economical standard of rural population.
- To raise Tree plant nurseries for supply of planting stock to Forest departments or Industrial enterprises.
- To prepare Project reports for raising tree plantations of specific species.
- To conduct Eco-tours for sake of tourists visiting Forest sanctuaries and National parks.
- To prepare Study curriculum for Forest employees of different cadres.
- To render Technical advice to Industrial enterprises in conducting Forest research activities.
- To carry out Enumeration of tree growth in Municipal areas, Bio-diversity parks.
- To carry out Evaluation of Public Bio-diversity Registers maintained at village level.
- To act as Faculty for Forestry subjects in Universities and Training schools run by Forest department.
